At Havoc, we stand behind our gear; if your performance equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
